Production Process of Steel Cement Raised Floor

Steel cement raised floor is made of cold-rolled steel sheet, which is stretched, spot-welded, and coated with epoxy powder after having been phosphorated. There is foaming cement fully filled, with corner-lock holes punched in four sides of the panel. Below are the details of each production process.

Steel Structure Production

Firstly, we should choose the steel panel of raised floor which is the main material.

  1. Raw material: The upper plate is SPCC cold rolled steel, the bottom plate is ST-14 cold rolled steel
  2. Production process: Computers control every details of this part. Upper and bottom steel plates are stamped, stretched, bend, pressed and combined into one
  3. Test standards: Cutting plate size error: ±1 mm, diagonal error: ≤ 3 mm; diagonal flatness: ≤ 0.7 mm; straightness: ≤ 0.5 mm
  4. Production type: Automatic
  5. Number of workers: 2 workers

Production Process--Cutting

Welding

After the steel structure production, the steel sheet should combine together firmly.

  1. Production process: The welding machines are connected with steel structure machines to achieve fully automatic production. Inverter multi-point quick welding equipment weld upper and bottom steel plate together firmly.
  2. Test standard: solid welding; no miss welding, no breakdown, no dislocation
  3. Production type: Fully automatic
  4. Number of workers: 0 worker

Production Process-- Welding

Powder Epoxy

  1. Raw material: polyester epoxy powder coating
  2. Production process: Spray the epoxy polyester powder coating on the steel structure that has been processed and molded. And perform the oil removal process before that. Then spray the epoxy resin powder onto the steel structure surface by high-pressure static function
  3. Test standard: The epoxy power is a thermosetting polyester coating, coating thickness should be at least 80μm.
  4. Production type: semi-automatic
  5. Number of workers: 12 workers

Cement Filling

After that, fill the model with foamed cement.

  1. Raw material: 425# Portland cement, foaming agent, etc.
  2. Production process: The machines mix all raw materials with accurate rate. After mixture, the workers fill foaming cement materials into steel structure with high pressure air gun
  3. Test standard:                                                                                                                                                                                                               Strength: 25 Mpa/7 d;                                                                                                                                                                                                              Initial coagulation time: more than 45 min;                                                                                                                                                                          Final coagulation time: less than 10 h;                                                                                                                                                                                Fineness: 0.08 mm;                                                                                                                                                                                                                Square hole balance: more than 10%.
  4. Production type: semi-automatic

Cleaning and Packaging

  1. Production process: after several days of maintenance, automatic machines should clean the steel cement raised floors first, then workers will clean floors one by one again. After quality control test, the workers pack all panels on wood pallets
  2. Test standard: no cement film and other dust, accurate size & weight, correct packing
  3. Production type: Semi automatic
  4. Number of workers: 20 workers

Quality Control

Quality control can always be our first concern. So Titan have our Producing Quality Control (IQC), In Put Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) during production and after production.
