Production Process of Steel Cement Raised Floor

Steel cement raised floor is made of cold-rolled steel sheet, which is stretched, spot-welded, and coated with epoxy powder after having been phosphoreted. There is foaming cement fully filled, with corner-lock holes punched in four sides of the panel. Below are the details of each production process.

Steel Structure Production

  1. Raw material: The upper plate is SPCC cold rolled steel, the bottom plate is ST14 cold rolled steel
  2. Production process: Every details of this part are controlled by computers, upper and bottom steel plates are stamped, stretched, bended and pressed, combined into one
  3. Test standards: cutting plate size error: ±1mm, diagonal error: ≤ 3mm; diagonal flatness: ≤ 0.7mm; straightness: ≤ 0.5mm
  4. Production type: automatic
  5. Number of workers: 2 workers

Welding

  1. Production process: The welding machines are connected with steel structure machines to achieve fullyl automatic production. Inverter multi-point quick welding equipment weld upper and bottom steel plate together firmly.
  2. Test standard: solid welding; no miss welding, no breakdown, no dislocation
  3. Production type: fully automatic
  4. Number of workers: 0 worker

Welding of Raised Floor

Powder Epoxy

  1. Raw material: polyester epoxy powder coating
  2. Production process: The epoxy polyester powder coating is sprayed on the steel structure that has been processed and molded, and the oil removal process must be performed before the epoxy polyester powder coating is sprayed. Then epoxy resin powder steel are sprayed onto the steel structure surface by high-pressure static function
  3. Test standard: The epoxy power is a thermosetting polyester coating, coating thickness should be at least 80μm.
  4. Production type: semi-automatic
  5. Number of workers: 12 workers

Powder Epoxy of Raised Floor

Cement Filling

  1. Raw material: 425# Portland cement, foaming agent, etc
  2. Production process: All raw materials are mixed by computers with accurate rate, after mixture, workers fill cement materials into steel structure with high pressure air gun
    3.Test standard: strength: 25mpa/7d; initial coagulation time: more than 45min; final coagulation time: less than 10h; fineness: 0.08 mm; square hole balance: than 10%.
  3. Production type: semi-automatic
  4. Workers: 8 people

Cleaning and Packaging

  1. Production process: after several days of maintenance, steel cement raised floors are cleaned by automatic machines first, then workers will clean floors one by one again. After QC test, all panels will be packed on wood pallets
  2. Test standard: no cement film and other dust, accurate size & weight, correct packing
  3. Production type: Semi automatic
  4. Number of workers: 20 workers
